Andrea Mazziotti di Celso


Born in Rome (Italy) on 31 December 1966, Andrea Mazziotti di Celso graduated in Law at LUISS University Guido Carli of Rome in 1989. He obtained the Master of Comparative Jurisprudence at New York University in 1993. In 1989 he started his professional career at Baker&McKenzie, Rome. In 1995 he joined Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partners where he became Partner in 2001. He was one of the Founding Partners of Labruna Mazziotti Segni in 2006 where he practiced until he joined Lombardi Molinari Segni (now Lombardi Segni e Associati). He has a broad experience in M&A, corporate finance and private equity as well as in the restructuring of distressed companies. In recent years he was involved in some of the most important transactions on the Italian market. He assists several Italian and international primary companies and industrial groups, private equity funds, institutional investors, banks and investment funds on extraordinary transactions including corporate, restructuring and capital market deals. He was also often involved in extraordinary transactions in the IT-TLC sector and managed several large outsourcing transactions.
