Mara Fittipaldi graduated with honors at the Law School of the University of Milan in 2001, after studying six-months as an Erasmus student at the Universidad del Pais Vasco de San Sebastian (Spain). She spent the legal training period at Studio Castelli and then at Studio Visentini Alpeggiani & Associati in Milan, mainly dealing with the various areas of corporate law and financial markets.
After the corporate experience, in 2005 she started to dealing with banking and finance sector spending one year as external advisor at the Corporate Finance and Investment Services Unit of the legal affairs department of Banca Intesa.
After a specialization stay in London, in 2006 she started to work as associate with the Banking and Finance Department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Milan office and in 2008 she joined the Banking and Finance Department of Allen & Overy, Milan office where she worked as associate and then senior associate until she joined in 2012 Lombardi Molinari e Associati (now Lombardi Segni e Assocaiti) as senior associate.
Starting from March 2015, she is a salary partner of Lombardi Molinari Segni (now Lombardi Segni e Associati).
Her practice focuses on all finance related aspects and mainly on general lending, leverage and acquisition financing and real estate financing as well as out of court debt restructuring transactions, advising both lenders and borrowers.
