Mauro Pisapia gained significant experience in public tender procedures and in the areas of building regulations and town planning, as well as in public contracts and concessions, also with reference to the public infrastructure sector, expropriation procedures, environmental issues and public officers‘ liability. In particular, during his professional activity, he has been assisting clients before Administrative Courts (Regional Administrative Courts and Council of State), Civil Courts, Boards of Arbitrators and before the Court for the Supervision of the Public Accounts. He has also been appointed as member of Arbitration Panels in Arbitration Procedures involving public and private works procurements.
As regards extrajudicial assistance, he has particularly specialized in the areas of town planning, environmental law, energy law and in the administrative aspects of commerce law. He is a member of the Commission of Administrative Justice founded by the Council of Lawyers in Milan, and of the "Società Lombarda degli Avvocati Amministrativisti".
He began his professional career in 1991 in the law firm of Prof. Riccardo Villata, with whom he practiced for many years, becoming a partner of Villata, Degli Esposti e Associati in 2000. Since 2012 he has been partner in Lombardi Molinari e Associati (now Lombardi Segni e Associati).
