Luigi Pontrelli advises Italian and international financial institutions and investors on administrative law matters related to electricity sector (including generation of electricity from renewable resources, supply and distribution of electricity, energy efficiency, public incentive from GSE and connected investigation and sanctioning proceedings) as well as in the public procurement (particularly referring to works and services concessions), environmental, town planning, expropriation and healthcare services areas.
He gained consolidated experience in dealing with contentious matters in the above-mentioned areas, before the Regional Administrative Courts and Council of State.
He began his professional career in Bari in 2000 in the law firm of Prof. Carlo De Bellis specializing in administrative law. After an experience in a law firm in Dublin (2006), he moved to Milan where he worked for Villata, Degli Esposti e Associati (2007).
He joined Lombardi Molinari Segni (now Lombardi Segni e Associati) in 2008 and became a partner in 2016.
Luigi is admitted to represent clients before the Supreme Court.
